Canada Business Immigration Programs

The Canadian Business Class is a category under which individuals with business/managerial experience and relatively high net-worth may qualify for a Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa.

Entrepreneur Program

Aimed to attract people with business experience who have the intention and ability to actively manage a Canadian business that will positively impact the Canadian economy and create employment opportunities for Canadian residents.

Self-employed Person

An immigrant admitted to Canada because they have relevant experience in working for himself or herself. The individual must be able to become self-employed in Canada in the areas of Arts (Sculptures, Painters, Dancers, Performers) or Athletics & should be able to handle the commercial aspects of it like advertising, accounting and all administrative activities.

Applicants get required points based on Education, Experience, Age, Ability in English and/or French Language & adaptability.

Net worth requirement: There is no regulated minimum net worth requirement. However, applicant should have enough money to settle in Canada with dependents and invest in the work that they intend to do.

Start-up Visa Program

Selection Criteria:
– Qualifying Business
– Letter of support from a business group that has been approved to invest in or support possible start-ups
– Meet language requirements
– Enough funds to settle down in Canada

Investor Program

Every province has different qualifying criteria. To be eligible for Ontario, Stream applicant must meet the following five criteria:

  • Relevant Experience
  • Possession of Net Worth
  • Availability of Personal Investment Funds
  • Investment should result in Job Creation
  • Exploratory Visit
